In these therapeutic sessions, the skilled practitioner gently accompanies clients into "past -life recall" to try to discover the origin or causes of troublesome experiences or problems they might have carried over into this present life.

Jeff also occasionally teaches the principles and practice of self-hypnosis in a basic three-hour course designed to empower students to bring about significant changes in their mental, emotional and physical lives, through the power of their own mind.
