Private Appointments and
Consultations Procedure:
All appointments are booked
and paid for online in advance by credit ot debit
card. The Academy Administrator will then
telephone you on the telephone number that you
quote to arrange a mutally agreeable appointment
time and day.
The Academy will also
confirm your payment by email.
Once your payment has been
received, your time-slot is fixed. (Please
note that appointment fees are non-refundable and
non-transferable.)
If you arrive late, you will
lose that same amount of time from your
appointment, which is why we advise arrival at
least 15 minutes before your consultation begins.
Map & Directions
If you fail to honour your
appointment or you cancel it, you will forfeit
your payment and also your consultation.
If a practitioner needs to
reschedule your appointment, you will be
contacted by telephone and a new time will be
mutually agreed.
